• Download processed stems for your use

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

4. Payment Terms

Credits and subscriptions are non-refundable. Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original audio files. Processed stems are derivative works of your original content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any audio files you upload.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
• Share your account with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

StemsAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
