Each audio processing job costs 100 credits, regardless of file length (up to tier limits). Credits reset monthly based on your subscription.

Can I change plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.

Do credits roll over?

Monthly subscription credits don't roll over. Purchased credits never expire and are used after subscription credits.

What about refunds?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Purchased credits are non-refundable but never expire.

Is there an API?

API access is included with Studio plans and available for Enterprise. Rate limits apply based on your tier.
